Contraptions: Puppy-Shaped Puddings

Will you eat these little critters? Rest assured, these Shar Pei puppies are indeed creamy coconut puddings made by a Desert Shop in Pathum Thani, Thailand called Wilaiwan. They caused much controversy when the shop first post them online simply because how realistic they look!

Each box of puppy costed just 25 Thai Baht (which is approximately 1 dollar Canadian). There's a catch to the low cost, however, you must preorder them since they are made with no preservatives. As a result, they could last only about4 to 5 days. Below are pictures on how they were made.

Can you believe to make them all you need is a mould (and a par of very skillful hands)? Within 24 hours when store owners first debuted them on Facebook, they were shared approximately 20,000 times.  Many claim they won't eat them because it feel like eating a real puppies. How about you? What is your take on it? Will you eat them? Comment below!
